Goat Cheese Workshop

An opportunity for goat photos and cuddles. Discussion and demonstration on making several types of goat cheeses. Sampling different types of goat cheeses and goat milk confections and a beer pairing with each one. We will also have an aged cheese washed with Poole’s Island Stout and a goat milk fudge made with another of Poole’s Island Beer.

Charlottetown Farm products will be available for purchase during the event.
