Hippnotikka is an original, alternative-rock band based in Maryland, which began recording music in 2023, with the initial debut of the full-length CD Boa Constrictor.  Song-writing partners, Kristjan Sigurdsson and Tony Correlli originally collaborated on a couple songs several years earlier for Charlie Surf Academy, and in 2023, decided to continue their song-writing partnership under the band name Hippnotikka, inspired by a quote from a friend who had described the music as hypnotic.
